Since you all asked about other family...
Now in my son's world, this is one of three relatives that really matter.
My cousin Ashley.
She is my Irish great Aunt Agnes' great grand-daughter. This is my mother's mothers side of the family, the Irish group that came over from Ireland into Canada.
Now, I can't say that we are close cousins. They live in LA, and any weddings ...I missed because I was always traveling for work when they transpired. I do get included in the form letter Christmas greeting that updates me on the family.
So one side of my family are artists, entertainers ...the other are lawyers and Government officials...and yet another side - crazy Italian. See...is my odd personality starting to make sense?...
Just thank God you are not my serious boyfriend...you'd have to deal with all of it.
